How you can contribute
As part of the Pool of Entrepreneurs, you may be invited to contribute in different roles, depending on your expertise and availability, including:
- Impact & Assessment Panels
Evaluate early-stage project proposals on societal impact, market need, and commercial potential.
- Project Steering Committees
Support Level 2 projects with strategic guidance on topics such as business development, fundraising, partnerships, and scaling.
- Selection & Advisory Panels
Help assess which projects should move forward within the program.
- Thematic & Portfolio Advisory Roles
Contribute to broader discussions around Biotech Boosters innovation strategy and ecosystem development.
- Direct Project Support
Work directly with project teams to sharpen plans and strengthen early-stage market positioning.
What is the time commitment?
The Pool of Entrepreneurs is a flexible, demand-driven network. Joining the pool does not mean a fixed commitment or guaranteed assignment.
Time investment depends on the role and project needs:
- One-off panel participation may require only a few hours
- Project Steering Committee roles typically involve a few hours per month over a longer period
- Some roles are occasional, others more structural
We will only approach you when there is a relevant opportunity that matches your profile and expertise.
