The bootcamp in 4 key modules
Lay the foundation of your venture by sharpening your value proposition and defining the problem-solution fit. At the same time, assess your team’s strengths and dynamics to ensure you have the right blend of skills to grow your industrial biotech startup.
Translate your innovation into a clear technology roadmap. With expert guidance on scale-up, IP, and regulatory requirements, you’ll define the critical steps to move from concept to implementation.
Build a solid financial case to attract investors and partners. You’ll design your revenue model, develop realistic forecasts, and explore funding opportunities from public, private, and strategic investors.
Strengthen your business plan and prepare to pitch with confidence. Learn how to identify and engage key stakeholders, form meaningful collaborations, and present your case to investors and industry leaders.
The final day of the bootcamp takes place at Pitch Perfect in Brussels. Here you’ll get the chance to pitch your business case directly to leading investors, industry players, and potential partners from across the bioeconomy sector. This is your moment to showcase your innovation on a European stage, expand your network, and open doors to future collaboration and funding.
