The cluster Vaccines, Small Molecules, Discovery & Development Platforms (TC 5) focuses on fostering emerging biotechnology assets that aim to prevent and treat diseases with a high unmet need and associated burden, including small molecules and vaccines for infectious diseases and cancer. To drive the future therapeutics and vaccines, the cluster also has a keen eye on cutting-edge platform technologies that enable the discovery of new drugs as well as enhance the development of those new therapeutics.
Via this cluster, we connect academia, entrepreneurs and industry at an early stage in order to accelerate the translation of early science into tangible biotechnology solutions for patients and society to benefit from.
